Returns info
A 14-day return policy is offering, counting from the day the package is delivered to customer. Returns that are shipped back after the 14-day policy will be rejected and shipped back to the original dispatch address. The cost of return shipments that are customer’s change of mind will be covered by the customer and should always be shipped back with an active tracking number. The sender is responsible for customs fees, therefore when sending a shipment from outside the EU, please select “sender will pay for customs fee”. All returns need to be shipped back with UPS, DHL, or FedEx. Due to long delivery time, we don’t accept returns with any local Postal Service.

We encourage you in order we accept the product you want to return to us, without any inconvenience to get a video while you open the sealed package you received from us in order to prove the condition of the product the moment you got it.
